I am passionate about visual art. Creating matte paintings is a pleasure for me, and I am always striving for excellence. As I have acquired more experience in this field throughout the years, I have also been exposed to opportunities to create concept art. I really enjoy this kind of work, because it opens up the possibility of exploring different visual ideas and designs, to achieve the best result possible.
I come from a realist classical painting background. I had my first oil painting lessons as a child, owing my founding steps to the painter Lourdes Berbeyer. Between 2011 and 2012 I undertook training in Florence, Italy; first at the Angel Academy of Art, and then under the studio mentorship of experienced painters. I was taught to use the limited palette as used in previous centuries. This allowed me to be a more rigorous observer, and made me develop more as an artist. Throughout my professional path I have had the privilege of learning from several artists whom I respect and admire.
